Intercom 整合設定指南

透過 MokenLogic 內建的 Intercom MCP Server，讓 AI 直接讀取你的 Intercom 對話、客戶、工單與團隊資訊——只需開啟一個開關並完成一次 OAuth 授權。

開始前的準備

  • 已安裝 MokenLogic Mac App（Intercom MCP Server 已內建在 MokenLogic 中，無需手動 Add Server）。
  • 擁有可存取的 Intercom 工作區，並具備授權第三方 OAuth 應用程式的權限。
  • 網路環境可以正常存取 Intercom。

操作步驟

  1. 進入 MCP Servers

    開啟 MokenLogic Mac App，在左側導覽的 Capabilities 分組下點選 MCP Servers。這是 Moken 管理所有外部能力（包括 Intercom）的入口。

  2. 找到內建的 Intercom，開啟開關

    MokenLogic 已經把 Intercom MCP Server（https://mcp.intercom.com/mcp）內建在清單裡，無需自己 Add Server。直接點選該列右側的開關，Moken 會自動喚起預設瀏覽器，跳轉到 Intercom 的 OAuth 授權頁。

    如果清單裡看不到 intercom，請把 MokenLogic 升級到最新版本。

  3. 在 Intercom 端確認權限並授權

    在 Intercom 授權頁可以看到 intercom-api-mcp-server 申請的權限範圍：People、Companies、Conversations、Teams and teammates、Tags、AI content 等唯讀存取。檢查無誤後點選綠色 Authorize access 按鈕。

    授權範圍全部為唯讀，Moken 不會向你的 Intercom 工作區寫入任何資料。

  4. 授權完成

    瀏覽器會自動跳轉，並顯示一個授權成功的提示頁面（出現 Authorization successful! 字樣），直接關閉這個分頁即可。

  5. 回到 MokenLogic 確認連線已啟用

    切回 MokenLogic 的 MCP Servers 頁面，intercom 左側會出現一個綠色圓點，開關也變為開啟狀態——說明 Intercom MCP 連線已經建立，Moken 可以開始呼叫 Intercom 工具了。

完成！開始使用 Intercom

回到 Messages，直接用自然語言提問，Moken 會自動選擇 Intercom 工具並回傳結構化結果。

  • 彙總過去 7 天裡 Intercom 的新對話，依客戶公司分組。
  • 客戶 X 最近一週提了哪些問題？請總結主要訴求與未解決項目。
  • 把今天所有未讀的 Intercom 對話整理成一份待辦清單。

常見問題

MCP Servers 清單裡看不到 Intercom？

請把 MokenLogic 升級到最新版本——Intercom MCP Server 是隨 MokenLogic 內建下發的，舊版本可能尚未包含。

開啟開關後沒有自動彈出瀏覽器？

請檢查系統的預設瀏覽器是否設定正常，然後把開關關閉再重新開啟試一次。

授權後綠色圓點一直不出現？

在 MCP Servers 清單裡把開關關閉再重新開啟；如仍不生效，可在 MokenLogic 的 Settings 中查看日誌。

如何撤銷 Moken 對 Intercom 的存取權限？

在 Intercom 後台的 Authorized apps 中 revoke intercom-api-mcp-server，或直接在 MokenLogic MCP Servers 清單裡關閉開關。
